Devices submitted for trade-in or sale are categorized as follows:

  • Brand New: Factory-sealed with original packaging and accessories.

  • Flawless: Like-new condition with no visible wear; fully functional.

  • Good: Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear.

  • Fair: Operational with noticeable wear and potential minor defects.

  • Broken: Non-functional or with significant physical damage.

7. Pricing Policy and Offer Validity

8. Device Ownership and Lock Status

By submitting a device for repair or trade-in, you affirm that you are the rightful owner and that the device is not reported as lost or stolen. Devices with active locks (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) must be unlocked prior to service. Devices with corporate or carrier locks are not accepted unless proper authorization is provided.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting your device to CellPhones4Sure, please:

  • Disable all security locks and passwords.
