Thank you for choosing CellPhones4sure. By using our website, booking a repair, or visiting our Plano or Richardson locations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any service or transaction.

1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

  • Program Description: Our messaging program sends appointment confirmations, repair updates, reminders, and service-related notifications to customers who have opted in through our website or service forms.
  • Cancellation Instructions: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the number that contacted you. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on your service activity.
  • Supported Carriers: Our messaging system supports major U.S. carriers. 
  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to participate or have approval from a legal guardian.

2. Service Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

To use our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and device information
  • Back up all personal data before repair; we are not responsible for data loss
  • Remove passwords or provide access for device testing
  • Confirm that the device belongs to you and is not reported lost or stolen
  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements

3. Repair Policy and Limitations

All repairs are subject to technician evaluation. We may decline service if a device is unsafe, heavily damaged, or previously altered in a way that affects repair quality.

  • Manufacturer Warranty Notice: Repairs may affect your original manufacturer warranty. Please confirm your warranty terms before proceeding.
  • Replacement Parts: We use high-quality parts backed by a limited warranty. Coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized work performed after service.
  • Unclaimed Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Warranty

  • Payments: Full payment is required at the time of device pickup or completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and common digital payment options.
  • Taxes: Sales tax applies to all services and purchases according to Texas state regulations.
  • 90-Day Repair Warranty: Our repair services include a 90-day warranty covering defects related to parts installed by our technicians and the work performed.
    • Not Covered: The warranty does not apply to physical damage after repair, liquid exposure, misuse, or repair attempts performed outside our locations.
    • Requirement: A valid receipt or service ticket must be provided for all warranty claims.

5. Intellectual Property and Site Use

This Site and all materials available on it are the property of CellPhones4sure and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Limited License: You may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • User Submissions: By submitting comments, photos, or other content, you grant CellPhones4sure a royalty-free, ongoing right to use and display such material for business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

CellPhones4sure is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data during or after repair
  • Damage caused by hidden internal issues
  • Delays due to parts availability or external service factors
  • Issues related to incorrect information provided by customers

7. Privacy and Legal Compliance

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We follow applicable communication and consumer protection laws, including SMS-related regulations, and cooperate with legal authorities when required.

8. Governing Law and Changes

The State of Texas frames these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You need to review this page after some time to be aware of the recent changes we have made.
